Glass aspherical lens for illumination | A985 5019

Lens A985 was designed with diameter of 50 mm, because this diameter has been missing among our portfolio of standard lenses. This lens is designed with a sharp focal point and therefore provides a narrow illumination angle with high intensity in the middle. Projection of the LED chip is a little bit diffused thanks to a molded structure on the lens bottom side. The structure is implemented in the tooling and therefore imprints on the lens directly during molding. If you are looking for a lens with same diameter, but more homogenous illumination, we recommend our A986, which has the same mounting parameters, but slightly diffused focal point and irregular structure on flat surface. As a result, this lens offers more homogenous illumination with lower maximal intensity in the middle. We offer more lenses with regular and irregular structure: A053, A636, A850, A904 and A912.
